TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome ! By shopping and browsing on our site, you have agreed to our terms and conditions.  Confirmation of an order will be taken as your having accepted these terms and conditions. To order goods or services from us you must be at least eighteen years of age.

By using www.jdfurniturestore.com you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, privacy policy, all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear on the website.

These terms and conditions of sale (“Sale Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between JD's Furniture Store Ltd and its customer and  applies to all purchases of product/s  or services supplied by this site. 

PRICES

Prices are exclusive for www.jdfurntiurestore.com and are subject to change without notice. These prices may not necessarily be offered in store.  

Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted of products. If in any case, such as specials etc, offer will be displayed. 

All product prices shown on the website are tax inclusive.

Prices are shown in local currency .

We accept payment by MasterCard,Visa credit/debit cards, bank deposits / transfers and Wipay transfers. If you would like to pay via debit card or cash on delivery, plase call us at 868 219-3000. We will try to facilitate and process your request.

If you choose to pay using a card with a foreign currency denominated account, the charges will be processed in local currency at the conversion rate applied by JD's Furniture Store Ltd.

Financing- Zero Downpayment offers are for qualifying applicants. Financing services are powered by different financiers. Depends on which you qualify for. 

Jclub rewards are only for qualifying puchases. 

FRAUD PREVENTION

In order to protect all parties from fraudulent transactions, we may provide your transaction-related information to third parties for verification.

Having confirmed your order you authorize us to make any inquiries deemed necessary in connection with this sale. It provides your consent to us to register relevant information with licensed credit reference agencies. This information may also be used for credit worthiness assessments, fraud prevention, and debt recovery.

By placing an order, you authorise us to transmit or obtain information about you from third parties, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number, billing address, telephone number to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit or debit card and to authorise transactions.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders submitted to us from www.jdfurniturestore.com are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order, for any reason, with or without notice and shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

  • Failed customer validation checks or inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • Products ordered are out of stock
  • Pricing or product description error
  • System failure

PRODUCT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

When listings product details we obtain information from item manufactuer's specs and item manual and are subject to change or update. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services, in order to assist your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those in our stores. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated.

Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock available may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order but after we have processed the payment we shall notify you as soon as possible.

If the product is out of stock we will allow a refund of payment or you may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.

DELIVERY POLICY

Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery we shall notify you as soon as possible and you must pick up the order at one of our stores.

We are unable to provide specific times for delivery. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.

Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.

Warranty policy

PLEASE READ MANUAL FOR CARE OF PRODUCT AS NOT TO VOID WARRANTY. All warranty is based on Manufacturer's defect only. Warranty fullfillment are in accordance with the warranty / supplier's provider and must be checked by their technician for warranty fullfillment FOR REPAIR NOT EXCHANGE. Warranty does not cover misuse, miscare, voltage unregularised, wear and tear and consequential liability. 20% base restocking fee, atlongst delivery is made or on hold you you for atleast 3days, plus damages and usage if applicable. No returns after 3 days. Returns must be in original package, no damages. No returns on mattresses.
Refunds take 7- 14 days with original receipt to customer on receipt. No refunds on delivery fees.

RETURN POLICY

This policy gives you specific right which may be complemented by local law.

We appreciate you choosing us to supply you. We than you for your business and look forward to assisting in all after sales request, including returns.  Returns wills  be processed asap. In order to process request ensure you have your original receipt. item unused and in the original packaging with all accessories and part undamaged. Consumables and media products are not refundable. We and our affiliates reserve the right to validate item return worthiness and reason and after 3 days returns will not be accepted. Refund can take up to 7-14 days to process to customer or immediate credit note. Customer pays return delivery charges. 

DOCUMENTS

You will be provided with an electronic receipt and tax invoice as a proof of purchase. Documents can be mailed or delivered upon request.

INSTALLATIONS

We do not provide installment of items. We not responsible for carpentry, masonry, electrical or plumbing work associated with installation and any costs associated with that type of work will have to be paid by, the customer,if required.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

JD's Furniture Store Ltd reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, edit or refuse to post any content, comments or reviews and to remove any content from the website, whether or not the content is expressly prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or documentation or information issued in print or posted online which is available electronically on our website. We will correct information without liability.

We reserve the right to correct all or any errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of products.
